I know, I know .... you need an update. But mummy's is running around to meetings all over the country setting up www.myphid.com and Daddy is in NY. Honestly, you just can't get the staff these days. I'm even having to do my own cleaning! As Supernanny would mispronounce ... "this is un-a-cccep-able behaviour" (I don't think she does t's.)
